How do I register for a course?

I’m an absolute beginner with zero experience or knowledge in social listening or digital analytics. Is your course still for me?

Absolutely! Whether you’re a student or working professional, our course syllabus has been specially designed to teach the fundamentals of social listening and analytics.

This course also offers one to one consultations with instructors, for students who may have any additional questions or concerns.

What do I need to prepare for this course?

All you need is a laptop – Course materials and resources will be digitally available. You may keep a notebook and pen on hand if you wish to take notes.

How much time do I need to dedicate to the course outside of the sessions?

While there is no exact duration required to dedicate to the course outside of the sessions, all students are required to complete an assignment within the span of one week.

What benefits do students receive once they complete the course?

How do I avail the student discounts?

Use the mentioned coupon code listed on each student special course page and apply the coupon at the time of checkout to get the discount.  A copy of a valid student ID or a recent school-issued document is required to be emailed to academy@circussocial.com for successful registration before commencement of course. Please note that applicants who fail to provide valid student verification will not be eligible to attend the course on student discount.  

What technical requirements do I need to succeed in the course?

All course students will need to complete an assignment and are required to pass in order to receive a certification of course completion.

Do you offer any free learning resources?

Are there any corporate discounts?

Do you offer payment plans?

While we currently do not offer any installment options, the Academy is committed to expanding social listening education and supporting students’ goal in upskilling – please reach out to us via email should you require any assistance.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

All course students are only eligible to attend the session that was registered for. In the event that you are not able to attend the live session, please email us for alternative arrangements.
